#13 - Finals

 

The championship game was a classic match against two rival teams. The Tigres were league champions several seasons ago. They have regrouped and formed a very good team. The game was close in the first half, marked with back and forth play. The Hawks dominated the second half with plenty of opportunities to score goals but unable to capitalize. The Hawks had at least 12 corner kicks and 10 shots on goal in the second half. The game was close in the final moments but the Tigres scored on a breakaway with ten minutes left in the match.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Coach's Corner - Read Reports

 2007 Winter Season

   This season had a number of challenges. The biggest was the mixture of players that were playing together for the first time. I'm proud that we were able to work through those challenges and come together as a team and make it to the finals. Keeping 20 players happy with enough playing time was difficult but in the end we did a very good job.
